Saturday 20th October

Luke and I have just got back from our honeymoon. Our first night back we slept at my parents house, in my old bed. We have no furniture in our new granny flat we’re renting, and no time to move. Dinner = Mum’s cooking. Comfort factor = 99% (1% is Luke & I in my single bed… squishy). I’m really kind of relieved that we stayed our first night there. I am REALLY close to my family, and part of me doesn’t actually want to leave them. So this was a really nice, easy way of getting into it! We had to open all the wedding presents as well as give out our presents from Bali in order to sleep (they were all on my bed). Honeymoons are great things- just for being together, alone, and not having to worry about any chores or cleaning, or cooking or unpacking or anything like that. Just to get to know each other on this new level and be around each other 24/7.
