My tip of today is to do with bread. Not just white bread, all bread. Freeze it. ANother thing I am learning is the big difference between cooking  for my family and cooking for me and look is food size. Also, it’s how long things ‘keep’ for. Bread, for example, won’t last forever,or really even a week. Put sliced bread in the fridge so it will last longer (and in a container, or with the bag tightened) and put other bread like pizza bases in the freezer until the day that you’ll use them.
