Connections
This post isn’t really about me, or about being married, it’s about connection online. I’m going to tell you about a few place I’ve found that help me connect to other bloggers.
The Australian Index is a good place to start. Submit your blog onto this site to come up in their listings. You can search all the blogs listed there to see if there are people blogging similar things to you, and then maybe you can connect with them.
Blog Catalog is shameless blog advertising. But we’re all doing it there, so it’s okay :-P. Join this community to participate in forums, make friends, get viewers, and trade links.
Building A Better Blog is a great community full of helpful, nice people from a really wide variety of backgrounds and blogs. I’ve had lots of great discussions on here, and also received some great help from the people there on how to improve my blog.
My Blog Log isn’t so crash hot, but it’s still good to have. Join communities, make friends, and view other people’s sites.
One of the best ways to make connections with other bloggers is to comment their sites. I find that the easiest way to find quality blogs is to go through one of the above sources, but often people’s blogroll will have come interesting links as well.
Happy Connecting!!
