Planning A Wedding
June 20th, 2008 -- Posted in 1Wedding/Marriage | 1 Comment »I have a few friends who are planning weddings at the moment (or at least thinking about it *coughs* carmen), and I thought of a really great idea to get ideas and inspiration.
All I did was do a quick search on del.icio.us for ‘wedding’, and I came up with hundreds of sites that other people have found useful!
As I import all my old email messages into my new email account, I am getting lots of links that I sent to luke to look at stuff before our wedding, and also lots of things mum and I sent to each other. I am currently opening them, and bookmarking them in del.icio.us is I found them useful!
Hopefull this link will work for you- it should be a search in del.icio.us for all the things tagged with weddings. If you’re not a member of del.icio.us then I would recommend that you get online and do it- it makes bookmarking so much easier!! If you do sign up, feel free to add me to your network (i’m sunshinetalia), and then I can send you anything I find directly!

June 18th, 2008 -- Posted in 1Wedding/Marriage | 3 Comments »Nearly two weeks ago now it was my 21st birthday party. Luke took the time to write out a speech, and I really loved it. So I wanted to share it with you all here. 
Talia is like…
A Light Bulb
- she is bright
- she lights up my world
- I can press her buttons
- she was given to me by an electrician
11:30pm
- she’s always late
Chai Tea
- she’s a little bit hippy
- she warms me up
- I feel relaxed around her
- she’s so in right now
A Celebrity
- everybody loves her
- she’s absolutely beautiful
- she has a great sense of fashion
- I’m proud to know her
Blackjack
- she’s exciting
- she encourages me to take risks
- she can be expensive
- she’s 21
So I really loved this speech because people laughed during it, and smiled a lot, and I’m sure lots of girls were jealous that they weren’t married to the most amazing man in the world, who would give a beautiful speech like this.
Today is my birthday!
